Comfort Suites Augusta Riverwatch

When I checked in, the front desk young lady was very nice. They had lemon and lime water, and coffee waiting for me. The room was very nice, I drank my coffee and that was it. In the morning I met my family in the dining area and the young lady that was cooking the food was WONDERFUL! She said good morning to everyone, and I mean EVERYONE I told her that I love it because most employees are angry and you can see it when they bring the food out. She smiled and the breakfast was wonderful all four days! The custodial staff was awesome as well, I needed to change out my soiled linen for fresh linen and I told the young lady that I would be right back to switch out. As soon as I gathered everything together there was a knock at the door and I heard Housekeeping. I opened the door and there she was with the cart. I would recommend this hotel to everyone that I know that would be going to Augusta, Ga. I travel a lot and I will definitely look for a Choice Hotel from now on. I am traveling in November for my 57th Birthday and I most definitely will be looking to a Choice Hotel to book! Thanks for a wonderful and restful experience and the food at Logan's Steakhouse, Cheddars, Lizuza and all of the mural of James Brown was amazing!

The first thing that hits you is that the location is industrial. Not bad, but if you want to be surrounded by shopping and restaurants you can walk to, this is not the hotel for you. The next thing you notice is how clean the lobby is. And how friendly the staff is. And how easy and fast the check-in was. And how nice and clean and bright the hallways are. And how clean and unusually spacious the room is. And how pleasant the bathroom is. And how ample is the closet space. And how decent the TV in the room is. There’s a coffee maker and a fridge too. The breakfast is well organized and well done— the coffee was hot— and they have fresh fruit, so I was stoked.

Great location. My request was granted for 2 rooms side by side. Smoking area for smokers. Fridge n microwave in rooms. I like washer n dryer on site.

Breakfast was great. We were there for a softball tournament and had one of our daughter's teammates with us, so we had to use the pull-out sofa. I did have to go down and request additional linens.

The hotel was clean, the room was nice it had a sofa, which was clean no stains, a desk, and the bed was comfotable witb clean sheets. Nice size bathroom, also clean A refridgerator, microwave and sink were tucked away with 2 doors to enable more space in the room. The lobby was nice and clean with lemon water available for guests. A nice big area to sit for breakfast which was good, oatmeal,cereal, toast,hot breakfast eggs,sausage, two waffle iron 1smaller one and 1 bigger waffle maker to choose from to make your own waffles. Coffee was available all morning. I would definetly reccomend a stay here. They are in the process of renovating the rooms if you choose this location. The staff is very nice and friendly. There was only 1 cart for our belongings but the housekeeper Cindy who was an angel she helped us gather and bring our items to the car. It was a tremendous help especially since we were on the 3rd floor. Would definetly reccommend this place. They are noe in the process of rennovating the rooms so it might be a bit louder there. Other than that it was an awesome stay. Every comfort I have stayed in has been wonderful which is such a stress reliever especially because there have been stays that were a nightmare. Thank you comfort inn for keeping the comfort in my stay.
